    HABITS Millions of trees in the world- are accidentally planted by squirrels who bury nuts and they forget “do good ad forget” it will grow. Everything we open our mouths people can look into our minds.   Be careful with your thoughts when you are alone be careful with your words when you are in a  crowd.   Three D’s I life desire, determination &dedication you need all three to reach your goal but it starts with the 4 th  D –do it.     Always try to pretend that you are happy slowly it becomes a habit and finally it becomes nature.     The best thing to learn in life is the habit of compromise because it is better to bend a little than   to break a beautiful relation.   We are what we repeatedly do excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.     Kindness and courtesy can make an average person superior indifference and lack of concern can make a superior.   Sit in silence for 10 minutes each day sleep for 7 hours take 10 to 30 minutes to walk daily and while you walk, smile.

       HUMILITY   A thankful heart is not only the greatest virtue but the parent of all other virtues.   Forgiveness must be total & complete when you forgive make sure that you forget.   Some people grumble that roses have thorns I am grateful that thorns have roses. Those who have the ability to be grateful are the ones who have the ability to achieve greatness.   Kindness is the language that the deaf can hear and the blind can see. Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it. When things go wrong to be the moment to be thankful for the things still going right.   The most humble statement I am nothing without god the most powerful statement with god is can do anything.  Appreciate life even if it’s not a bed of roses contentment is not the fulfillment of what you wish for appreciation of what you have. Forgiveness means letting go of a hurtful situation and with your own happiness. Forgiveness is sensible... It not only saves us from paying the cost of anger but also the price of hatred. The results of anger are more painful than the reasons of anger. When we are in "anger" we are just one letter short of "Danger". Forgiveness does not change the past but it does enlarge the future. You will not be punished for your anger you will be punished by your anger. To get rid of anger you can change the situation or change how you think about the situation. to be kind is more important than to be right, often people need a patient heart that listens, not a brilliant mind that speaks.
